Starbucks Refreshers Concentrate: How to Mix It at Home
Starbucks lists three at-home Refreshers Concentrates. The label calls for 6 fluid ounces of concentrate per 12-ounce drink, recommends a 1:1 mix with water and lists five servings per bottle.

Starbucks’ at-home range lists three Refreshers Concentrates: Mango Dragonfruit, Lime Watermelon and Strawberry Açaí. They are concentrated bases, not ready-to-drink bottles. Starbucks’ product information gives a 6 fl oz concentrate serving that makes a 12 fl oz drink when diluted, and lists five servings per bottle. The instructions answer three common shopping questions: how much mixer to add, what one serving means and how many labeled servings a bottle contains.
How Starbucks says to mix one serving
Start with ice, 6 fl oz of concentrate and 6 fl oz of water. Starbucks recommends a 1:1 ratio and says the concentrate is not meant to be drunk straight from the bottle. The six-ounce amount is the concentrate before dilution, not the finished drink. Adding an equal amount of water brings the liquid to 12 fl oz before ice, so a glass filled with ice will hold less visible liquid than its capacity.
For a smaller drink, 3 fl oz of concentrate and 3 fl oz of water keeps the same ratio and uses half of the labeled concentrate serving. Measure before adding ice.
Water is the basic starting point, but Starbucks also suggests other mixers for particular flavors, including lemonade, coconut milk and sparkling water. If you replace water with another mixer, the 6 fl oz concentrate amount remains the labeled serving; the added liquid changes the recipe, not the amount of concentrate in that serving. The finished taste and volume depend on the mixer and ice, so the product page does not promise a home-made drink will taste exactly like one from a Starbucks café.
The five servings on a bottle each call for 6 fl oz of concentrate. Prepared at the recommended ratio, that makes five 12 fl oz drinks, or 60 fl oz of mixed liquid before ice. A larger pour uses more concentrate and leaves fewer servings. If you want to track the labeled portions, measure the concentrate instead of estimating from the glass size.
Starbucks’ official Minty Lime Limonata recipe gives one more specific option. It uses 6 fl oz of Lime Watermelon concentrate, 6 fl oz of Pellegrino Limonata and five mint leaves in a 16 fl oz glass over ice. The recipe replaces water with a lemon drink while keeping equal liquid amounts. It is one recipe example, not a universal ratio for every possible mixer.

Flavor, juice and caffeine
The product pages describe three flavor blends. Mango Dragonfruit has mango and dragonfruit notes, Lime Watermelon combines lime and watermelon, and Strawberry Açaí uses strawberry and açaí flavors. Their labels list 17% juice for Mango Dragonfruit and 18% for the other two. The ingredient lists include white grape juice concentrate alongside the named fruit ingredients, so the flavor names do not mean each bottle is single-fruit juice.
All three use green coffee extract and contain caffeine. Starbucks lists 35 to 40 mg per labeled serving, depending on flavor. A glass with more than 6 fl oz of concentrate uses more than the amount covered by that serving figure. For Mango Dragonfruit, the product page lists 90 calories and 22 g of total sugar per labeled serving. Check the flavor-specific label rather than applying one product’s nutrition panel to all three.
Storage and buying information
The product pages direct shoppers to a “Where to Buy” link instead of giving one price for every retailer or market. Check local availability and price with the retailer. Starbucks says to use the concentrate by the date on the bottle cap, refrigerate it after opening and use it within 14 days. If the package label differs from a general web description, follow the label for that bottle.
